What to consider
The defining characteristic here is the very-high volatility rating. That classification will appeal to players who are comfortable waiting through uneven stretches for larger swings, but it makes Toshi Video Club a poor fit for anyone who wants more consistent returns across their play.
The 15 fixed paylines keep the win structure straightforward, though very-high volatility means the ride can be pronounced regardless of that simplicity.
Our verdict
On balance, Toshi Video Club earns consideration for players who deliberately seek very-high volatility games and are comfortable with the 96.17% RTP supporting that profile. The main limitation is the same volatility that defines it: players who prefer steadier outcomes will find this game works against them. It is a focused, uncompromising product from Hacksaw Gaming rather than a broad crowd-pleaser.
