Treats of Terror Slot Review

Game overview

Treats of Terror is a Play'n GO slot built around Halloween and horror themes, released in May 2025. It runs on 5 reels and carries an RTP of 96.21%, which is a solid number for a Play'n GO title at this volatility level.

Game details

The volatility classification is very high, which is the most important thing to understand before picking this game. Players who prefer consistent, smaller returns will find Treats of Terror a poor fit.

What to consider

It suits those who are comfortable with longer stretches between wins in exchange for the possibility of larger payouts when they do land. The stake range, 0.1 to 100, gives that audience reasonable room to manage how aggressively they play.

A demo is available, which is a practical way to get a feel for the pace before playing with real money.

Our verdict

The 96.21% RTP is a genuine strength and helps justify the risk that comes with very high volatility. That said, the very high volatility classification is a real barrier for casual or lower-patience players, and it is the single biggest reason to think carefully before sitting down with this game. For players who actively seek that kind of profile, Treats of Terror is a competent and well-specified option from a reputable provider. For everyone else, it is likely to frustrate.
